Every clinic, ward, and pharmacy —
reading from one patient record.

HION is the operating layer connecting outpatient clinics, hospital wards, pharmacies, insurers, and back-office teams to a single universal patient ID — so a referral, an admission, or a claim never starts from a blank page again.

Multi-tenant by design Role-based access Full audit trail Module-wise billing

Today, a referral, an admission or an insurance claim starts from a blank page — because six different systems don't share one record. HION closes that gap.

What the network unifies at launch

6 systems · 1 identity

Clinics & Multi-BranchScheduling, prescriptions and billing shared across every branch.
Hospital · IPD / OT / ICUBed boards, admissions and theatre schedules in real time.
Pharmacy & InventoryDispensing tied to the same signed prescription, everywhere.
Insurance & TPAPre-auth and claims routed without re-keying patient history.
HR & PayrollStaff, shifts and payroll run on the same clinic ledger.
Universal Patient IDOne HHID follows a patient across every facility, for life.

Before you ask

What happens on launch day, 1 September 2026?

Clinics already running on the platform keep working exactly as they do today — HION switches on as the shared layer underneath, not a migration event. Nothing to re-enter, nothing to break.

Is patient data safe during rollout?

Every action is tenant-isolated and audit-logged, and access is role-based down to individual modules — the same controls already run in the platform today, not something bolted on for launch.

How does my clinic get access?

Leave your email above. We're onboarding a limited set of clinics and hospital groups first, in the order the list fills up.
